You do cover the bowl with a plate, not with foil – I like that, it´s
    better for the nature

Too bad, I am not Indian. There is a store close to where I live, maybe I
can ask about some of your ingredients I never had heard from a previous
co-worker. Would you let me know what that white cube is and yes, most of
the time my co- worker add chicken. Saved you recipe so I can make it one
    of these days. Thank you.

I’m trying this recipe right now and omg…my dough for one doesn’t look as
smooth as yours. For 2 a subbed the atta for AP flour N idk this is my
first time ever making dough n my arm is on hurt.

Third my dough is very resistant and gummy on the inside I tried adding
more flour…hopefully it can be saved…idk I will probably have to watch
a couple of more videos because as hard as this dough is Iz def don’t see
it rolling out or even kneading
