Paneer Chapati Roll – Snacks From Leftover Food / Kids Special Tiffin Recipe By Ruchi Bharani

Bring a twist in the regular food just by changing the way it looks or the way it is served and it becomes an interesting and innovative recipe. Chef Ruchi Bharani makes a simple and easy to make yet tasty. Serve this to your children as breakfast, brunch, lunch, snacks, dinner or even pack them as a school tiffin / lunch box!

Ingredients:
1 cup paneer (chopped)
Coriander leaves (chopped)
1/2 cup mint leaves (chopped)
1 small onion (finally chopped)
1/2 tsp ginger chiili paste
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Salt
Lemon juice
Paratha / Chapati

Method:
– Mix well paneer, coriander leaves, mint leaves, onion, ginger chiili paste, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice in a bowl
– Take a chapati and place the paneer filling on the side on which ghee is not applied on the chapati
– Roll the chapati and on a heated pan roast the chapati on all sides after brushing some oil or butter
– Serve hot with any dipping sauce of your choice
