Olive Pizza

Food Ingredients:
100 grams plain white flour 100 grams strong white bread flour teaspoon A of dried yeast A drizzle of olive oil Some warm water For the toppings: Tomato sauce (there is a recipe on my blog for this) Mozarella A handful of black and green olives Sprinkle of dried oregano To Garnish: Fresh basil to garnish

Recipe preparation:
1 Combine the flour, yeast and oil in a large bowl and then, a little at a time, add the warm water to form a silky dough. Knead for a few seconds and then place in a clean bowl, cover with a cloth and put somewhere warm to allow the dough to double in size. 2 When it is ready, roll out on a floured surface, add your toppings and place on a pizza tray in a very hot oven for about 10 minutes. 3 Garnish with the fresh basil
