So sorry, but that is not Olive Garden Chicken Alfredo. You did not grill
the chicken, you pan cooked it. The Alfredo sauce was not prepared
correctly and the pasta should be dropped into SALTED boiling water. If you
don’t care for people pointing out what you are doing wrong start by
planning the dish and knowing what goes into it. Prepare it properly. Don’t
condemn people for correcting your mistakes, that makes you look less than
intelligent. A good chef ALWAYS accepts criticism, that is why they are
called chefs and not cooks. Anyone can cook, but not everyone has the
    ability to be a chef.

Terrible version, you need to add garlic powder, cream cheese.. without
these 2 it will not taste like olive gardens!

Looks and sounds dismal, no thanks, I’ll pass.

This is seriously so delicious and so easy to make. I love how I can put my
own little twist into it and it still turns out perfect! Thank you!

Your ttechnique leaves a lot to be desired. You water wasn’t boiling for
the pasta and you cut the chicken on that nice white plate. You even held
    the knife wrong.

So I’m very hungry right now and I just noticed I licked my lips when I saw
the picture of the finished plate in your blog. I need to make me some!

No offense but the noodles that your using is the wrong kind of noodles.
They use fettuccine because it holds the the sauce on the noodles because
the noodles are thicker than regular spaghetti. And Idk about the other
Olive Garden but this one down here
Uses smaller chicken then that. But I guess that’s why you cut yours up. I
have made something like this but I use broccoli and collieflower.

    1 1/2 cup milk
    1 1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated
6 egg yolks from fresh jumbo eggs
Salt and black pepper to taste
    * u can add pine nuts for that kick…
*lets stick with the fettuccine on this…

Hello Chef Stephanie cab I use half n half instead of the heavy cream. I’m
making this tonight for my wife. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.
