Old Farmhouse Chutney Cheese Ball

Food Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese room temperature 1/2 cup Old Farmhouse Chutney (see recipe) 1/4 cup finely-chopped scallions white, pale-green 1 medium garlic clove minced 1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste 1 cup coarsely-chopped pecans Thinly-sliced Granny Smith apple for garnish

Recipe preparation:
1 In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, Old Farmhouse Chutney, scallions, and garlic. Stir until well blended. Add Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, and stir to combine; season with salt and pepper. Form into a ball, and roll ball in pecans. Garnish with apple, and serve. 2 This recipe yields 12 to 20 servings.
