    Add 1 or 2 dates..mix it first in water, so it will not be too chunky (or
    soak them in water for a few until they r soft)…that will add a sweetness
    to the smoothie

    Great! Going to try this…..I am getting a Nutribullet today and Kale is
    my first stop at the produce store! Kale seems to be the greens with the
    highest nutrients.

    for some reason my green smiithues are grainy with the nutrubulket im very
    frusrrated. anythibg im doing wrong? which blade shoukd i use?

    That’s cilantro, not parsley. Similar, but not the same.
