Add 1 or 2 dates..mix it first in water, so it will not be too chunky (or
soak them in water for a few until they r soft)…that will add a sweetness
to the smoothie

my first stop at the produce store! Kale seems to be the greens with the
highest nutrients.

whatever you do dont do 3 bannanas on their own lol its lumpy and tastes bad
That’s cilantro, not parsley. Similar, but not the same.
