No-Bake Brownies
Food Ingredients:
12 ounces chocolate chips 1 cup evaporated milk 1 teaspoon cinnamon 3 cups finely-chopped vanilla wafers 2 cups miniature marshmallows 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
Recipe preparation:
1 Combine chocolate milk and cinnamon in a sauce pan. Stir over low heat until smooth and shiny; reserve about 1/2 cup for later. In a large bowl combine wafer crumbs, marshmallow and sugar. Stir in chocolate mixture. 2 Blend well. Press into a lightly buttered 8″ pan. Spread remaining chocolate mixture over the top. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
