Here are the Ingredients for the Chicken
2 quarts Peanut Oil for frying
2 Small frying chickens
3 Cups All Purpose flour
3 tablespoons Paprika ( 1/12 for flour mixture )
2 large green onions
1 1/2 Tablespoons Ground Cumin
1 1/2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Quart of Buttermilk
