MOZZZARELLA CHEESE PUFFS – Appetizer Food Recipes

Recipe ingredients and directions:

1 cup flour, sifted

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp paprika

1/2 cup butter or margarine

6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Sift the dry ingredients together. Cream the butter and the cheese.

Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Shape the mixture into small

balls about 1" in diameter. Place them on a lightly greased baking

sheet and bake them for about 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
