The idea of this series and my 10 minute recipe series is that it takes you 10 minutes of your own time to make. It does not include cooking time. So these are easy recipes that you can make after a long day at work and not have to stand there making them for any longer then ten minutes. Then just simply relax and wait for it to cook 🙂

This recipe serves 2-3 people. 4 with sides.

Ingredients:

1/2kg Mince meat
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1 jar pasta sauce
Mozzarella cheese to top
