    flax seed causes man boobs… #1 cause of man boobs everything else is fine
    you might want to substitute that with cod liver oil if you want omega 3

    lol that blender drink sucks, i use a green banana (reduced sugar and more
    nutrients), blueberries, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, greek yogurt,
    egg whites for add protein if needed, oatmeal, spinach, cinnamon… doesnt
    get much better then that for a healthy boost of metabolism and HUGE amount
    of nutrients.

    That’s too much protein to drink all at once. The stomach won’t absorb any
    more than 30 grams per hour, sometimes less.

    Since berries are some of the most heavily sprayed crops in the U.S., I’d
    go for organic instead. Organic berries under the Whole Foods 365 label are
    pretty cheap.

    For the sake of convenience, I guess it’s easier to prepare one of these
    smoothies and store the leftovers in the fridge to be used up throughout
    the week, However, the longer those mixed ingredients sit, the weaker the
    nutrients become. The flax seeds in particular lose there potency very
    quickly. If fact, I don’t buy them pre-ground but rather throw them into my
    blender whole and let the machine grind them up in the smoothie.

    Good but pretty straightforward smoothie. Why do you need 5 minutes to show
    how to make this simple smoothie. You can do it in less than half of the
    time.

    Fage plain Greek yogurt has over 20 grams of protein and hardly any sugar
    at all!!

    Go easy on the flaxseed, too much can have negative side effects in males.

    The thing I have found about trying to store any meal replacement with
    protein is they don’t really store that well.
