    No, you have to use fresh cream and whipping cream as given in the recipe

    it looks delicious, if i can´t find the fresh cream can i use whipping
    cream? i think in mexico we don´t have fresh cream. and can i use this

    my home. You haven’t used gelatin to set the moose .. which agent is
    working to bind the moose.. Also wanted to know what is a vegetarian
    substitute for gelatin

    Fresh cream, cooking cream and malai are one and the same thing. Whipped
    cream is the cream which is majorly used for desserts and it is the cream
    which has been beaten till light and fluffy. These are easily available in

    -1 The white chocolate is a Must ? Can i replace it with anything else ?
