Can I use chicken wings?
Instead of chicken broth, try using apple cider, and apple slices under
your chicken. You would save a lot of money if you made your own chicken
tenders, rather than buy them that way, or just do a whole roasted rosemary
chicken in the oven, with the apples, apple cider, and of course a lemon

If i was to cut down the sea salt portion would it take much away from the
foods flavour ??? i train alot so salts and fats i have to keep track on
thats all lol
