Food Ingredients:
Equal parts, cubed cucumber cubed tomato Fresh mint to taste (12 hours in advance) (more than you expect if dried) Oil-Vinegar 1:3 proportions, enough to marinate 2 tablespoons sugar Salt Pepper

Recipe preparation:
1 Mix and let sit. Keeps well!
