    3 flour Tortilla
    1 cup Mozzarella cheese
    3 tbsp Butter

    Nuts and Seeds Appetizers – Avocado appetizers and ginkgo nut skewers

    Ingredients for avocado appetizers:
    1 medium size avocado, 1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup water, 1-2 ts soybean paste, 1 clove of garlic, egg, salt, and vegetable oil.

    Ingredients for ginkgo nut skewers:
    Vegetable oil, ginkgo nuts, skewers, salt.

    Avocado appetizer:
    1. Skin avocados and slice them into several pieces.
    2. Make batter by mixing 1/3 cup of water, 1/3 cup of flour, 1 clove of chopped garlic, and 1 ts of soy bean paste.
    3. Crack an egg into a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Mix it up.
    4. Heat up the pan with some vegetable oil.
    5. Dip sliced avocado into the batter and then coat them with the egg mixture. Put them on the pan and cook until both sides look light golden brown.
    6. Transfer cooked avocado to a serving plate and serve.

    Ginkgo nut skewers:
    1. Heat up pan over medium heat and put in 1 tbs of vegetable oil.
    2. Add a handful of ginkgo nuts and 2 ts of salt to the pan.
    3. Stir them with a wooden spoon until the inner skins of ginkgo nuts are broken.
    4. Wrap the cooked ginkgo nuts in a paper towel and rub it the top to remove the inner skins.
    5. Skewer gingko nuts and serve them.

    I hope you guys got some good ideas on what to pack in your school lunch! I saved a ton of money buying food in a grocery store verus buying food out. I calculated it and i saved all together! My favorite meal in this would have to be the sandwich with the banana and yogurt because its super nutritional. Youre getting protien, veggies, fruit, and vitamins from the banana.     Calzone – Easy To Make Italian Recipe By Teamwork Food

    Calzone is an italian filled oven bread. A typical calzone is baked in oven and stuff with salami, or ham, mozzarella, ricotta and parmesan cheese.

    Ingredients for the dough:

    – 1 and ½ tbsp dry yeast
    – 1tbsp sugar
    – ½ cup lukewarm water
    – 3 cups plain flour
    – salt to taste
    – 2tbsp olive oil

    Ingredients for stuffing:

    – 2-3 garlic cloves chopped
    – 2 onions chopped
    – 1 green bell peppers
    – 2 tomatoes chopped
    – 1tbsp olive oil
    – salt to taste
    – 1tbsp chili flakes
    – 2tbsp tomato ketchup
    – 1tbsp basil
    – 1 cup mozzarella cheese
    – 1 egg beaten

    Method:

    – to make a dough, mix the yeast, sugar, and lukewarm water together and keep it to rest until the yeast active.
    – in a bowl, mix flour and yeast mixture. Knead to a soft dough.
    – add olive oil and knead until have a nice soft dough.
    – cover it and keep it in a warm place until double in size
    – for stuffing, heat olive oil and add the garlic and onion sauté
    – add bell peppers and sauté it too until slightly soft
    – add tomatoes, salt to taste, chili flakes, and basil an mix well
    – add tomato ketchup mix well
    – turn of heat and let it cool
    – divide the dough into medium size balls and roll out into circles about 6-7 inch.
    – spoon in some of the mixture on one half of he circle
    – sprinkle some cheese on top
    – help of fork, seal the edges
    – brush with beaten egg (optional)
    – bake in a preheated oven at 200c for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown

    serve hot!

    Oven baked parmesan crusted chicken is a delicious, easy dinner you can put on the table for your family any day of the week.

    It also works well for entertaining or any party as you can easily cook up a large amount of chicken to serve at a large gathering.

    Ingredients:
    6 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    olive oil
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 seasoned Italian bread crumbs
    cold butter

    Directions:
    Preheat oven 375 degrees F.
    Mix the milk and egg together until combined. On a large dinner plate, combine the parmesan cheese with the seasoned bread crumbs.

    Drizzle some olive oil onto the bottom of a baking pan ( I used a Pampered Chef’s stoneware baking pan).

    Dip chicken thighs, one at a time, into the egg and then into the parmesan/bread crumb mixture until fully coated. Place the thighs on the baking sheet.

    Make thin slices of the butter and place on top of each chicken thigh. This will melt down as it cooks and create a nice golden brown crust on top of each piece.

    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165 degrees F.

    Serve with potatoes, vegetables and a salad for a complete meal.

    Make your own Italian bread crumbs:
    1 cup plain bread crumbs
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

    Combine and store in an air tight container.

    Enjoy!
