Simple Recipe Todd… Was wondering if I can pre-cook some of the items to
shorten the final cooking time to perhaps 15mins? Planning to introduce
    this at my cafe :)

I made this today. Made some modifications. I par-boiled the potatoes just
a bit so they didn’t make the casserole runny placing them in completely
raw. I used leftover chicken breasts from last nite, and used Mexican Crema
since it doesn’t curddle like regular cream. I also fried the bacon to make
crunchy bits. This was absolutely delicious. Next time i’m going to add
some vegetables and make it in a bigger casserole dish. Thx for the video.

Hi Todd. I’m going to make this for dinner, but what does it mean when you
say (cream). Is it like the cartons of half & half I’ve seen in the store?
Is it found in the refrigerator part in the store in a carton? What do you
    mean by cram? Thanks
