Kumquat, Seville Orange, and Apricot Marmalade

Kumquat, Seville Orange, and Apricot Marmalade

Food Ingredients:
1 cup Ma Made prepared Seville oranges, * thin- or thick-cut 1 cup Thinly sliced kumquats, (about 5 ounces) 1 cup Thinly sliced dried apricots, (about ¼ pound) 2 1/4 cups Sugar 1/2 cup Water

Recipe preparation:
1 *Available at some specialty foods shops 2 In a saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Let marmalade cool in a heat-proof bowl and chill, covered, until cold, about 2 hours. Marmalade keeps, covered and chilled, 2 weeks. 3 Makes about 3 cups.
