This looks good but I am a Jamaican and I have never seen anyone cook
chicken soup by adding spaghetti or can of soup never…we use Grace or
Maggie chicken flavour noodle soup mix (Dried) and we chop the chicken in
small pieces and never remove them during the cooking process…celery?
no…guess there are many different variations.

As a British born to Jamaican migrants, my parents didn’t have much time to
teach us to cook when growing up. I tried this soup recipe last Saturday
and followed your instruction. It was so absolutely Brilliant & delicious,

Good Day Ms. Fay. I am recovering from a terrible cold and decided to make
this soup. OH WOW! First let me say how wonderful my kitchen smelled
during the cooking process. Second, this is just what I need, being I
can’t really eat heavy foods. This soup is hearty, fulfilling and I am
feeling better already. I did go ahead and add the cock soup mix and
omitted the canned soup only because I find it too high in sodium. Thanks
again! Peace and blessings to you and your family.
