What is pepper sauce?
Its so annoying when Caribbean people are always bickering about who’s food
taste better and whatever else… seriously GROW UP. If you’re Jamaican
OBVIOUSLY you’ll have a preference to Jamaican food. If you’re Trinidadian
you’ll be bias towards Trini food …Caribbean food is great period. Stop
trying to make your taste preference a unanimous opinion of someone’s
culture.
I got a little distracted when she put the cooked chicken back in the same
bowl it was raw in! #crosscontamination…..but otherwise doesnt look like
anything special. I would have liked more details on what “Hot pepper
sauce” is….more Details on what makes this a jamaican dish.

You don’t use browning or brown sugar?
This dish is absolutely delicious, however the addition of tomato ketchup
makes it revolting! I would urge anyone who wants to make this replace it
with tomato purée and it will taste much better. I don’t know why anyone
would want to add a sauce you would normally have with a McDonalds burger.

Looks delish can’t wait to try it. Americans also make american food
different from one another it doesn’t make it less american or not american
at all,we all have our ways of seasoning and different types of
seasoning,its still american lol. Don’t understand why people feel the nsed
to be so negative…
