Individual Meat Loaves Wrapped in Bacon – Beef Veal Food Recipes

Recipe ingredients and directions:

1 1/2 pound ground beef

1 cup (about 4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

1 egg

1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup water

1/2 teaspoon instant beef bouillon

1 teaspoon salt

6 slices thin sliced bacon, cut in half

Mix everything except bacon; shape into 6 loaves. Crisscross 2

half bacon slices on each loaf, tucking the ends under. Put loaves

on rack in shallow pan and bake uncovered 50 minutes at 350 deg.

F. Serves 6.
