Ingredients:

11/2 cup chopped vegs (broccoli baby corn mushroom bell peppers zucchini)
1 leek finely chopped
1 cup tomato Purée
2tbsp garlic
Few basil leaves
100 gms Fussili pasta
1tbsp red Chilli flakes
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
Few cherry tomatoes
