All this time I thought I got a bad piece of chicken… now I don’t have to
hack my chicken to eat it.

You are the man! I hate getting any kind of grizzle in my mouth. Now I know
what to do.. Thank you, thank you , thank you! Now, if only all the
    restaurants would do this.

Thank you for the video. Very easy, simple and brief 🙂 I have to do this
today at campus, I now have a very good idea of what I’ll be doing.

I wanted to make some rollatini’s and notice I didn’t have any breast just
tenderloins (which happen to be my favorite part of the chicken). You made
them into cutlets by adding them into the batter mixture and smashing them
to make them flatter, perfect! But is it going to work to flatten them
without the mixture, then stuff them, then batter them? I’m scared they’ll
break apart. Have you tried this way? If so please let me know. If not then
I’ll report back and let you know if it’s possible. Thanks for the awesome
    video!

The revving of the motorcycle in the beginning is so random LOL

They should be renamed to Chicken Tendonloins. Gross.

Hey Bowhunter, I branched out using your cutlet breading/frying technique.
I had some largemouth bass fillets from a fishing trip this week. I used
your method o them and they are excellent!. Thanks so much for this cooking
    lesson.

@simplequestions95 A quick smash with the hand and you have a perfect thin
    cutlet , thanks for watching..

tried this this afternoon. I used plain ole corn meal with garlic powder.
Mine turned out pretty nice 🙂 I cooked them 2 minutes on each side in a
little olive oil. came out so so… I’m gonna go snag some bread crumbs and
    try again.

Wonderful! Thank you!!! I used to have a friends from the Bronx that made
awesome chicken cutlets but I had no idea how he did it. Now I know! I’m
    excited for dinner tonight!

Nice looking hand pressed cutlet, hearing the crunch made my mouth water
    even more!

  16. digitalwaffle

Seems like a lot of wasted breadcrumbs. Do you actually save them after the
    raw chicken touches them?

  17. bowhunter2439

@susannamcintyre Thanks for checking out the vids….

@mykylc Thanks mike , if I knew you were coming by I would have saved the
tendons for you , what could be better than a couple of fried tendon
patties with some hot sauce ….hahahaha….!!!
