    I made this yesterday. I don’t have a 12-muffin tray, and my 6-muffin has
some rust spots. (It’s fine for muffins, because I use the paper cups but
I don’t want that for Yorkies.) I used 6 souffle ramekins instead. 1cm of
oil was too much and it pushed out and made a little swimming pool out of
my oven tray. If at first you don’t succeed–MAKE MORE. The second time
was perfect. Thank you, Jamie! Heavenly!

I made these lastnight for tea, the kids eyes nearly popped out when they
seen the size of them! They were huge, beautiful, rustic, gorgeous sights
to behold! And were demolished within minutes 🙂 Yum Yum! ( I did add white
pepper to the batter mix just to give it alittle ping!) x

Is there a way to keep the puddings from splitting? They cracked at one
side last time I made these.

I finally got around to making these, I was quite happy with the results
they looked nice and tasted good too and I even used that trick with the
spoon the only thing that went wrong is I ran out of batter before I got to
the last “Mould” and then they looked very impressive up until they
collapsed about a minute or 2 out of the oven, oops.
