    put inside the calzone, eggs, mozzarella, and prosciutto di parma with
    pancetta, at the end you coock a provolone slice on the top. put inside it
    pepper and some aroma Here in Rome we have about 5 types of Calzoni I love
    the version with Salsiccia or Prosciutto

    yes u can fry it i tried it and its good some ingredients u might need to
    pre cook them though like onions garlic etc
