    I made this appetizer exactly as directed except I doubled the recipe. I
    took it to a party. The party ended up being all around, and
    about this dish! All were happy that I brought this dish–including the
    Vegetarians. No one could get enough! The dish was completely scrapped
    clean before the event was over. It was beautiful to look at. It was the
    best dish of the night. It was a great conversation starter, and made
    me look like a culinary Star. Thanks to the Creator!

    I like the concept but think it can improve. I will make it mixing oil,
    tomatoes, herbs, olives, garlic cloves smashed, and marinate several hours;
    discard the garlic, slice the cheese and pour the marinated ingredients on
    top of the cheese. Serve with toasted bread (baguette) or pita chips, bagel
    chips, etc…
    Great idea. I’ll have to try it.
    Thanks!

    Thank you for your question, Krishna. If you are not a fan of goat cheese,
    try using cream cheese or mozzarella cheese instead. Enjoy!
