I used to live in Hong Kong and this recipe comes closest to how my

Good video, was wondering if normal flour can be used to cover the chicken
and thicken the sauce instead of starch?

This recipe tasted great and was easy to make. Tasted better than the one
my local Chinese restaurant makes. I guess I can add some red coloring
next time to make it look like the restaurant version 😉 I’m going to
make this with Shrimp next time.

I would keep the chicken separate from the vegetables cause the crust
becomes soggy but apart from that great recipee
