Hmm.. thinking bread crumbs and parmesan cheese for a topping or maybe some shredded potatoes on top. Time to get cooking!

Great breakfast!! When you have hungry teenagers at home… Always hungry and playing sports… Quick easy and awesome!! Thanks for the veggie tip! Made me think of mixing and matching ingredients.

    It is a CASSEROLE…. it serves 8 – 10 not only one!

Absolutely! You can add diced bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli or a combination of your favorite vegetables. It's best to saute the vegetables first and then add them to the eggs. Enjoy!

Everyone complains so much, get over it. It's a recipe… If u don't like food with fat or carbs, why aren't you subscribed to a fitness health food channel instead. Besides, if you think about the serving size being 8 people its really not that much per person. Also, not all Americans are fat. Great job stereotyping a culture.

You all have to remember that there are a lot of servings there. Probably 8-10. When you break it all down, that's about two small sausages per person, maybe 1 teaspoon of butter, 1/3 cup of potatoes, etc. It's not that many calories for one serving. Plus, you can use nonfat cottage cheese and low-fat cheddar cheese.

it is a brunch treat. Wow, all I can say is moderation is the key. You don't have to make it!

😀 I thought the same… No wonder Americans are having all the weight issues…

If you have to cook for a lot of people then I could see this being a good recipe for that reason. Probably best served with a side of Lipitor though.
