Hi there. Sorry for being negative, but your marzipan is way too thick. I personally don't think the look very nice as roses don't have tears in their leaves and they certainly aren't this thick and chunky. Sorry, but in my opinion, I wouldn't call myself expert if you are producing this.
Marzipan is almond 😀
