Fresh Bread taste a lot better than store bought. Is the same true for
making your own pasta vs store pasta?
How about pasta with bread flour instead and no Red Mill?
98% of packaged pasta only has wheat flour/ semolina flour and water.
Usually there aren’t ingredients that you can’t pronounce ! But good for
you for making your own!!
I never boil my pasta until It’s completely mushy. I prefer my pasta to be
al dente, especially lasagna

is there a way to box my own pasta… like the stores do, so I can make a
big batch and like maybe freeze it? can it be frozen and then added to
boiling water?
i use a pasta machine to flatten and make the noodles. Walmart sells one
for 30 bucks and worth the savings in time in flattening and cutting the
noodles. nice vid
can you use vital wheat gluten instead of the other flour?
