Hi! Just a tip from Jacque Pepin: You shouldn’t crack the egg with the edge
of something such as the silverware you used or the edge of a bowl. This is
because the thing you’re using will push pieces of shell into the egg, thus
having shell in your food. You should rather use a flat surface to break
the egg against, such as a countertop! Hope this helps!
