    in case you didn’t know, when you’re chopping up onions the best way to
    protect your eyes is with onion goggles. They shouldn’t cost more than 20
    dollars. I also would rather use a 12-14 inch non-stick wok instead of a
    skillet and you’ll never fail when you use Teriyaki sauce. very nice recipe
    overall.

    What can you use in place of the soy sauce? We’re allergic to soy and
    gluten.

    You can use Tammari sauce. Bragg also makes Gluten free soy sauce for those
    of you with Gluten allergies.
