i think theres too much light on the part where you put the icing in the piping bag i cannot see that clearly. i hope you'll make another video like just like this and with how to add color or flavor like maybe cocoa powder or chocolate? i really want to learn more about this.thanks for sharing :)

I notice a theme on food vids or forums.

    See's recipe.
    Makes several substitutions to recipe.
Cooks with substituted ingredients and adjusts cooking method several times.
    Complains when recipe fails.
    Blames food vid/forum.

E.g. I made this butter cream and did everything it said…I had to substitute the non-salted butter for salted, 280g of icing sugar for 100g of soft brown sugar, milk for water, beat it together with a chainsaw and then put it on the fresh cake I let cool for 30 seconds….shit recipe. It tasted like butter, was grainy and looked like brown scrambled egg, split my mixing bowl in half and, to top it off, wouldn't stay on the cake so I eventually served it in cereal bowls with a spoon like mushy weetabix!

Aside from the lack of vanilla, this recipe looks great! Though I would probably cream the butter a little first and add the icing sugar gradually.

I enjoyed watching your channel.   After removing the cakes  from the oven, I cooled them on the rack but the cupcake will separate from the paper liner, what was the problem?   Appreciated if you can response to my question.  Thank you.
