    Out of all the recipes I have tried and all the Rendangs I have had around
    Malaysia, you recipe is the closest to authentic taste. The only small
    variation I would recommend is that out of the two whole lemon grass stalks
    that you put in, take one and blend it with other ingredients (So one whole
    lemon grass stalk and one blended with onion, garlic and other things). Try
    it and you will see that you have a lot more subtle lemon grass aroma.
