    A ‘masters in nutrition? and you are claiming that people need milk for
    protein? There is no such thing as deficiency in protein, if you eat enough
    good fruit and veg you are getting enough protein.

    hmm i make different way and i love it more.. I don’t like to use soy milk
    but i use real coconut water 100% + lot of strawberry + lot of blueberry +
    banana… sometimes I add mango, sometimes i change other juice flavor and
    it is good if you add couple of prune juices which help your digest system
    better too and lose weight faster too .. i mixed all fruits.. sometimes you
    can add strawberry, banana, papaya… really tasty too. i don’t like to use
    yogurt..

    My smoothie is frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, fat free milk,
    vanilla or plain greek yogurt, and bananas.

    Wow, frozen fruits are so cheap in the States, a 500g of frozen blueberries
    in New Zealand costs about $6 USD

    soy milk is bad for you do not drink it look it up soy is bad for you
    period. Dairy is also bad look it up

    I make mine with the same way. I will add 1 tea spoon of wheat germ and use
    probiotics kefir.Never used yogurts before think I will try it. Great video

    and chocolate chips. Mmmm mmmm good.
