thank you , bonne vidéo ,mais vous perdez beaucoup de temps pour désossé
de plus à couper en deux ,encore plus de temps perdu.
quand on peut le faire en une seul fois .merci quand même.

That was atrocious and improperly done.

Regardless of the negative comments, given the audience, this method is
sufficient. Those who take cooking really seriously would do this to a
    great level detail.

HOWEVER, wrapping raw chicken in aluminum foil and dropping into the
freezer is a terrible thing to teach. If you cannot vacuum seal, at least
wrap tightly in plastic wrap and THEN put into a freezer grade ziplock.

I don’t understand the point of the hot water when cleaning… Unless it is
boiling hot you aren’t killing the bacteria, that’s what the soap is for,
if we could stand boiling water we wouldn’t need soap.

  16. vaiouser

the easiest and most efficient way to debone a chicken is to ask the
    chicken politely

Just did this for the first time… Way harder than it looks, but you’ll
    manage.

  18. Lucy Heartfilia

Why the hell would you use a wooden cutting board when working with raw
    meat?!
