How to cook Roasted Chicken Legs and Vegetables

Heya Everyone!!

Here is a great cooking tutorial that is fast, filling, healthy and oh so delicious. This is one of the main meals I eat that helped me lose 70 pounds and counting. I eat a lot of chicken and vegetables. This is also very good in the slow cooker or crock pot. I hope you give it a go and let me know what you think. 🙂

I tell you the ingredients in the video and how much of stuff I used. Its going to depend on how many people you are feeding. This serves 2 – 3 in my house. You can add peppers, jalapenos, zucchini, turnip, any vegetable that is good to roast with. I also have a cooking tutorial showing ya another way to do this. Anyways, enjoy. 🙂

Cheers.

I try a more fresh oregano. No vinegar, I would just use lime juice and
salt. In addition to the adobo. That would give that toned up flavor. It
    did have an awesome presentation.
