    I also cook almost the same procedure.  Medyo messy lang kung naglalagay na ng flour.  Buti kung di ako ang maglillinis after I cook hahaha.  Also, natatagalan din ako sa pag fry.  Para akong natataeng pusa.. bantay sarado ko ang frying at baka masobrahan ng pagka brown o di kaya brown na ang labas, hilaw pa ang loob.  Pag very low naman ang fire, lumiliit ang manok at di na sya juicy.  Dito ako na hihirapan .. Gusto ko juicy sya, luto ang loob at brown ang skin.

    Hi, every time i cook fried chicken it's always raw on the inside although crispy on the outside. What do you suggest?, also, i noticed that you put a lid on the pan while cooking which i never do, is it optional or a must while frying the chicken?
