    Never cooked a brisket before but I’m glad I found you cuz yout’s was the
    easiest. I did substitute your ingredient though…I found this “brisket
    rub” at the store that basically had your ingredients except the dry
    mustard. I then cut up a big huge onion and some peppers and added them to
    the pan with a little water. I’m cooking mine @ 300° cuz I really don’t
    have 14 hours to wait! Yes, it’s cooking as I write this. I just flipped it
    over a little while ago so both sides get the flavor of the preppers &
    onions & spices that smell oh sooo good and is filling my house with such a
    great aroma! Will let you know how it turned out!

    I’m all about smoking or barbequeing Brisket and have done the oven method
    before but when people refer to the oven method brisket being a roast
    especially a pot roast I feel shame

    BTW, your 250 degrees I found out was Fahrenheit not Celsius as the rest of
    the world outside of the US uses. 1st attemp, cremation!
