I’m notorious for using the 30 calorie bread brands, and this has really
helped me “see the light.” I’m hoping I can find your recommendations on
bread in my local store this week. If not, I’ll be looking at labels much
    more! Thank you!

Oh, and by the way… I LOVE your bracelets. I’m assuming Silly Bandz? 🙂
    awesome!

I can’t be the only one, who giggled like a Japanese school girl when she
    said “endosperm”. Right ?

bread but by watching this video I know now what to look for and how choose
    better for a healthier bread

I eat Enriched Bran Flakes for cereal. Is that bad?
The ingredients list Whole Grain Wheat, Wheat Bran, Sugar, Corn Syrup,
Salt, Malt Syrup, then a bunch of vitamins and minerals.

We buy bread from a bakery

Is Ezekiel bread healthy? I always buy the no sodium kind.

  13. smssr84

We have been getting our bread from the bakery…. so much better… basic
ingredients… no chemicals… Defiantly gonna try making the crumbs…
    Thank you!

  14. anicolais

what are your thoughts on potato bread

  15. Sylar (Gabriel Grey)

Could you do this with homemade breads as well?
I prefer to make my own bread because of the chemicals. Do I have to change
baking times at all if it is fresh?

  16. Bárbara Ferreira Chiarello

I loved this video! Thank you so much! I am now trying the Ezequiel bread!
What is awesome about it is that we can freeze it to last longer and save
money while eating a wholesome bread =)

Can you give me some advice about Almond Milk? I know the best way would be
to make my own, but it is not very practical. I don’t mind cooking and
preparing anything, but the milk I think is way easier buying it. However,
I would like to know the best option between the brands in the market. Now
I use the Full Circle Almond Milk. What do you think about this brand or
which one do you recommend? Thank you!

Definitely need to double check and re-evaluate my choices! My boyfriend
and I go back and forth on what to buy, this is going to help a lot! Thank
    you!

great video…. I just moderate my intake on bread.. and I freeze my
bread.. so , I’m not tempted to eat the whole loaf..
and know I’m on a gluten free and dairy free diet. not by choice. but
    getting used to it.
you’re tips are great thank-you. can you do allot of vegan video’s.

this is a great video. Many people are so easily blinded my the big labels
and automatically think its healthy. I used to do this as well. Good for
    you for educating people!

This is so helpful because I hate salads so I often have sandwiches instead
and cram as many vegetables in them as possible, but I’ve heard so much
about bread being unhealthy that I worried I wasn’t actually doing myself
any good by eating bread everyday. However, it’s reassuring to know that
there are healthy (or at least healthier) bread options and I can still
enjoy my sandwiches and feel good about it.
