How to Bake Pork Chops in Oven

Sweet & Sour Sauce – http://goo.gl/FYFC8J

I usually cook porch chops in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes to one hour. This depends upon the thickness of the pork chop. Also, always thaw the porck chops before baking them. NEVER EAT UNDER-COOKED PORK!!!! IF THE PORK IS GOOEY AND/OR PINK, BAKE IT LONGER!!! I can not emphasize the importance of not eating undercooked pork =) I usually marinate my pork chops in the fridge overnight while they thaw. Be sure to marinate them in an air-tight container though, otherwise air will get to the pork chops and make them tough!
