    Hey Laura.. I make my roasted carrots by covering them with foil for the
    first 15 mins then remove foil for the last 10 mins. They come out
    perfectly cooked without burnt areas.. Nice and tender yet caramelized.
    Hope u give it a try… You’ll b happy with the outcome!
