Ingredients

3 eggs
4tbsp milk
1tsp vanilla extract
65g sugar (roughly 1/3 cup)
1 heaped tsp mixed spice
4 slices of bread
fillings of your choice (cream cheese is good)
butter for frying
Maple syrup for dunking
