Better if you simmer that broth for 24 hours, but I guess an hour works if
you want it from scratch and don’t have time to wait.

Great recipe! I just made this (yes it took a while for all the steps) but
the longer it took, the better it tastes. Even my 3 yr old enjoyed it. Two
