Anybody can build muscles like that on any diet, as long as there is enough
food to eat and enough time for workout, but that liver and those two
kidneys of yours are not going to last long on this high protein diet fad.
The manufacturers of dialysis machines will need to increase their
productions in the near future if a lot of people go on this harmful diet.
I’d better by shares in the dialysis machine business now ! By the way, try
and have an arm wrestle with a gorrilla who eats nothing but tree leaves.
The vegan gorilla will rip your arms apart. Low protein but huge muscles???
    – totally confused?? You should be if you believe in the paleo diet crap.

Hi Vic. Tried this today and it was pretty good. Some notes: The
instructions threw me for a loop at the supermarket because your
description says 97% Lean Ground Turkey ( Yes 3% fat) but its actually
93% Ground Turkey 7% Fat as you mention in the video. I actually found
the Shady Brook Farms turkey. You can make the correction. Also picked up
the Hunts Tomato Sauce as the Delmonte Tomato Sauce listed high fructose
corn syrup as an ingredient. Stuffed the final cooked Chili into two
Ortega Whole wheat tacos and added a touch of Sea Salt. Not bad at all.
Could use more heat for my taste, so will experiment adding some spices of
    some sort:)

I made this today… it is very good. I will admit, I did add some polska
kielbasa and drained as much of the fat as possible. But it is soooo good.
I got the 99% lean turkey because I could only find that and 90%. I cooked
the turkey in the sausage fat and Pam spray. You can add so much more into
this dish… any veggies you want. It is very expandable.

    guy!

  19. Darci Habighorst

Does he take in to consideration the calories from slathering the pan with
Pam, that’s full of fat. In addition, would it not hurt to add veggies
    like onions and peppers?

  20. lofficer11

tried this yesterday, it’s also good mixed with egg whites in the morning.
