Herbed Potatoes & Carrots

Food Ingredients:
4 sm. potatoes 1 med. onion 4 carrots 2 tablespoons “Zesty Italian” Dressing 1/4 teaspoon salt (opt.) 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 ice cubes

Recipe preparation:
1 Preheat grill for 10 minutes. Arrange the thinly sliced vegetables on 24″ x 18″ double thickness of heavy duty foil. Sprinkle with seasonings and dressing. Add ice cubes. Wrap package (bring together at top and fold down, fold short ends towards food and crimp edges). Cook at medium with hood closed until vegetables are tender, 20 to 25 minutes, turning package over once. Serves 4 to 6.
