Hey Jaime! I’m from Chile (South America) and I love your work but please,
PLEASE NEVER EVER use spain music to characterize South American Food
PLEASE!!! If you are going to use Quinoa, it would be great to use Bolivian
    music.
(By the way, I looked up and the name of the spain group of musicians is
    “Hermano Lobo”, not “HermanDo Lobo”)
Production team! Please, do your homework.

Gentes!! Get over it!!! He never said it was an authentic meal!!!!!! It is
just for us to eat healthy and take advantage of what we have in our
pantries. I don’t know why but we all get offended so easily. Just enjoy
and take what works for you!!!!

Hi, I’m from Chile and we eat a lot of quinoa, it’s such a great
ingredient. I use it sometimes instead of rice because it has a lower GI
(Glycemic index), that’s good to loose weight. The only thing is that you
have to wash and rinse quinoa always before cooking, and then preparing it
like rice (1 part quinoa, 1 1/2 parts boiling water, low heat and the lid
on for 20 minutes). I make an awesome quinoa tabbouleh, also have eaten a
“quinoto”, a risotto made with quinoa.
    Love the channel!

Omg guys get over it! Somos latinos! And besides if you wanted typical food
that was from Mexico, Chile or PerĂº, go look up chefs from those countries!
This dish unifies stuff from all over Latino America, I like it :)
