Recipe:
Apple Pizzas!

– Apple(s)
– Seeds (chia and hemp or seeds of your choice)
– Almond Butter (or other nut butter)
– Dried cranberries or raisins

1) Slice apples and cover the tops with nut butter.
2) Sprinkle over seed mixture.
3) Add cranberries!
4) Scarf them down before someone else does!!

    great video! I have a question, I recently have lost a large amount of weight through exercise and dieting. However, I still have a couple more pounds to go but i feel like my body has gotten so used to the exercise and low calorie/healthy diet that i am always on that it won't burn any more fat. Also I have been doing this routine for about 6-7 months.

    Cheese and apple is very nice. So if you have a favourite cheese, a thin slice (or crumbs) of cheese on top of apple slices places under a hot grill for a few minutes is nice.
