I tried this the other night. I was so excited, but it really didn’t work
well for me. It smelled good, but rather than having everything combine
together into a nice chunky stew, I wound up with tough chicken sitting in
a thin broth. Any idea what might have gone wrong?

Maybe its just me but why does this guy finish his sentences as if you
could continue his sentence? almost sounds robotic.

Nice channel though. Gets a thumbs up.

what would a person starting out in muscle building need ? as I wouldn’t
need the amount you do yourself or the protein will turn to fat won’t it if
my body doesn’t need to use it ? 🙂
