Great video! Ever since seeing the last video I make sure to unplug all of
my electronics in my room and I feel like I actually have been sleeping
better! I’m in student housing right now so I can’t replace the mattress
unfortunately but this video has really opened my eyes!
I will be using the tips in this video as a checklist when I move. Number
one priority is the bed! Which mattress style did you get? They do seem
pricey but given the amount of our lives spent in bed, it’s worth the
investment in our health.
I unfortunately moved in early December and bought a new mattress, pillows,
and bed set that aren’t eco friendly. But they are too new to get rid of
and buy new ones :/ I have been buying plants though, and bought the shower
head, even though I later found out it isn’t certified to remove toxins or
anything
