Sounded very nce but for the use of oil. Olive oil is NOT healthy. Bt don’t
listen to me, Watch Esselstyn’s “Make Yrself Heart Attack Proof” & learn
about Grundy’s short term study showing the HDL/LDL ration to be favorable
effected, but per Vogel & Ong’s long term repeated studies, arterial
endothelial cell inflammation & hear disease (etc) continues UNABATED! A
Pyrrhic victory at best. So a healthy vegan diet is sans not only dairy,
but ALL oil and limited fat (9-11%) content whole plt foods.
